The world of habits is about the subconscious mind. When you are intentionally connecting
with the world of the subconscious you are telling your mind that you wish to have
a more conscious relationship with the subconscious, that you wish to be more consciously
aware of your relationship with your mind, its contents, its rhythm and its feel.
If that sounds a little spooky, in time it can come to feel very natural. You will
be communicating a desire to feel more whole. This communication is one of the most
powerful and beneficial things we can ever do. This relationship is more trustworthy
and empowering than any other relationship you can have. When this relationship
is in order, trust will never be an issue for you.
